When do you need to reorder?
Enter your store address and adjust stock, sales and lead time. The demo takes a real product from your store and uses the app's calculation engine for reorder point, days left and order suggestion.
Use the address your customers open: your own domain or your-shop.myshopify.com. The store must be open to customers – the demo cannot read password-protected stores (such as development stores).
For this the demo reads the publicly visible products of that store once. None of it is stored, nor are the numbers you enter. Details in the privacy policy.

“Order now” with a suggested quantity – adjust, create the PO, PDF to the supplier. Sent quantities count as inbound.

Dynamic reorder point
Reorder point = velocity × (lead time + safety days). If an item sells faster or the supplier delivers slower, the moment shifts automatically – you order exactly on time.

One overview: out of stock, order now, order soon, fine. With days of coverage, inbound from open purchase orders and a suggested quantity per item.
Supplier mapping
Per item: supplier, the supplier's own item number, purchase price, MOQ, pack size, lead time. Maintained once, always on the purchase order.
1-click purchase order PDF
Select items, check quantities, create the order: a finished purchase order with your logo, your address and the supplier's item number – as PDF or straight by e-mail.
Inbound and goods receipt
Sent purchase orders count as inbound and reduce the need. When goods arrive, you record the receipt per line – partial or complete.
No customer data
The app reads order line items only (item, quantity, date) – no names, no addresses. Supplier data is stored only for your purchase orders, on servers in the EU. Billed via Shopify, cancel monthly.
German and English

When will the app be available?
Struxify Inventory & PO is fully developed and is being submitted to the Shopify App Store. Sign up below – you will get an e-mail as soon as you can install the app.
Which Shopify data does the app need?
Products and inventory (read), purchase prices from inventory (read) and order line items of the last 90 days. Customer data is not read. The app writes nothing to your shop – it changes neither stock nor prices.
Does the app order from suppliers by itself?
No. The app suggests, you decide. A purchase order only comes into existence with your click; the PDF is e-mailed only when you trigger it.
How does the app know lead time and MOQ?
You maintain them per supplier and can override them per item. The app takes the purchase price from Shopify unless you enter a different one.
Does it work with several locations?
The app uses the total stock across all locations. A split per warehouse is planned for a later version.
How is it billed?
Through your Shopify invoice, 14-day free trial, then billed every 30 days, cancel any time. To cancel: uninstall the app or end the plan in the app.
